Resistor Set

The Lascells Resistor Set is a mounted set of 8 resistors with 4mm sockets for easy connection into a circuit. Five resistor values are known and printed on the board, whilst 3 are “unknown” and printed as A, B and C. This apparatus lends itself to open ended investigations, where students can decide themselves on how best to calculate the values of the unknown resistances. Ideal for Ohm’s Law (V = IR), potential divider circuits, and resistance in series and parallel circuits.
