Digital Voltmeter

Spend less time changing batteries with the Lascells Digital Voltmeter. Designed for the school laboratory, this digital bench meter is housed in a robust ABS and PVC case. The voltmeter features ~50 minute ‘auto off’ circuitry to conserve battery life, and an LED indicator prompting battery change when necessary. The unit features a large LCD display, which makes reading and recording measured voltages quick and easy.

Equipped with safety sockets, students can easily patch this voltmeter into a circuit using 4 mm test leads. The safety sockets are both labelled and colour coded to indicate polarity, and to help students correctly set up circuits. Further, the voltmeter circuit symbol is printed on the front of the unit, with parallel attachment indicated, to encourage and reinforce correct placement.

Perfect for measuring:

• the voltage across a component, e.g. for characteristic IV curves
• the voltage across a length of wire for resistance and resistivity practicals
• the output voltage of a DC laboratory power supply
