Density Cubes

This density cubes set is contained in a wooden box, 100 x 80 x 40 mm with sliding lid. The set contains 12 cubes each 20 x 20 x 20 mm of different materials.  The materials included are brass, copper, aluminium, iron, zinc, tin, lead, acrylic, polythene, cork, hardwood and softwood.  The set allows students to compare the mass of equal volumes of different materials and calculate density.
