Mounted Component Photodiode

A mounted, light sensitive photodiode for use where less sensitivity than the phototransistor is required. It can be incorporated into electronic control circuits or investigated in terms of its characteristics whereby an interesting comparison can be made with the phototransistor (SX100-054) It has excellent response to visual wavelengths with a peak in the infra-red at about 850 nm.
